We have immediate seasonal openings in our busy Retail Outlet Store for Sales Associates. Shift and hours (up to 30) vary and include weekends.
Store Associates offer friendly and knowledgeable customer service. With marine industry experience and/or moderate boating experience you will:
- Establish and provide high standards in customer relations, product knowledge and sales floor services.
- Maintain knowledge of all products and current marketing strategies.
- Maintain inventory, product merchandising standards and inventory counts.
- Help load and unload merchandise for customers as needed.
Your background will include:
- Boating experience and knowledge is a must.
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to consistently provide positive customer experiences in a retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize/organize, and flexibility.
- Computer, data entry skills and ability to research websites.
