This is a Full-Time position. Qualified candidates must have a current esthetician/cosmetology license. Bring your positive attitude and Lash Extension skills to us for a huge opportunity. Not sure of your skills? Don't worry, we offer an extensive training program for those who have the various beauty backgrounds but need lash training.

Job Requirements:

• Exhibits Deka Lash Core Values: Passion, Accountability and Work Ethic
• Must be a currently-licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the State of Texas
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Outgoing personality, professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Prior lashing experience is not required. We will provide all the training you need!
• Must be available to work all shifts - days, evening, weekend.
• Must be in the studio during specified hours, regardless of scheduled appointments.
• Must maintain a professional appearance at all times, and wear a Deka Lash branded shirt with black pants and closed-toed, soft-soled shoes.
• Must be willing to learn new techniques.
• Must maintain a clean/sanitary workstation at all times.
• Must be positive, proactive, and a team player.

Responsibilities include:

• Learn and follow all Deka Lash protocols and procedures in eyelash extensions
• Follow Deka Lash Training to become certified in all services
• Stay up-to-date on eyelash extension theory and sanitation
• Participate in continuing education programs
• Build client relationships and book
• Educate clients on how to care for their lashes at home
• Sell products to ensure lash retention
• Convert clients to members
• Educate clients on Deka Lash services
• Utilize the Point of Sale System in-studio
• Provide clients with a great customer experience
• Follow all sanitation protocols and standards
• Ensure the studio is kept clean and neat at all times
• Attend all monthly staff meetings
• Perform additional duties as required

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
