Studio Manager / Lash Artist

This is a Full-Time position. Qualified candidates must have a current esthetician/cosmetology license. Bring your positive attitude and Lash Extension skills to us for a huge opportunity. Not sure of your skills? Don't worry, we offer an extensive training program for those who have the salon background but need lash training. Your time will be split between eyelash application and managerial duties. Although you will always be managing, we understand that you will also be applying lashes. Leading the staff will be a 100% commitment.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a currently-licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the State of Texas
• Prior lashing experience is not required. We will provide all the training you need!
• Must be available to work all shifts - days, evening, weekend.
• Must be in the studio during specified hours, regardless of scheduled appointments.
• Must maintain a professional appearance at all times, wear black scrubs and closed-toed, soft-soled shoes.
• Must be willing to learn new techniques.
• Must maintain a clean/sanitary workstation at all times.
• Must be positive, proactive, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Perform eyelash extension applications with attention to detail and adherence to sanitation standards.
• Manage daily operations of the studio, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records using salon software.
• Assist in retail sales and promote services through effective social media management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
