Del Amo Motorsports is a leading Powersports dealership in Southern California within 5 locations in Orange County, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Redondo Beach, and San Diego. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
(The following duties for the position listed shall include but are not limited to)
- Reviews R.O.s & asks dispatch/service manager for urgent or outstanding part orders which may need immediate attention.
- Review/track all pending S.O.s for purchase order confirmation follow-up with and input notes on all parts arriving or E.T.A.(Find alternatives and communicate all back orders.)
- Re-stock parts to service shelves maintain a minimum supply of vital parts recommend orders for low stock level products. (Do not run out)
- Check Lightspeed and Service scheduler for new R.O.s entered and prepare parts for necessary service work to be completed including the next mornings appointments.
- Double check correct part/fitment being ordered and availability status and notate priority when placing order.
- Parts to service Inventory management; Review all parts received for R.O.s Bi- monthly, prepare parts no longer needed for supplier returns. Process supplier returns on supplier website and Lightspeed.
- Maintain tool stock, accurate count - part number in LS, labeled if possible, check tools in and out.
SECONDARY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Complete daily checklist task.
- Recommend to manager parts we must stock or carry temporarily.
- Maintain parts catalogues and O.E.M. websites at finger tips to improve efficiency.
- Monitor all inventory and report suspicious activity such as theft to manager immediately.
- Up-sell and add on to R.O.s. using current stock or available inventory.
- Research/stay up to date with all current model year units & new products.
- Complete all O.E.M. online training.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer computer literacy
- Prefer interest or experience in sales and Powersports industry
- Solid communication skills.
- This position reports directly to the Parts Manager
Salary : $18 - $20
