Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $61,200 – $82,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Hire, train, and develop retail team members
- Provide support and direction to retail supervisors on implementation and company policies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment
- Adhere to company directives on physical inventory and reporting
- Monitor in-stock position of approved merchandise programs and inventory control at store level
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of 1 year of retail operations experience preferred
- Prior experience with sports apparel and purchasing product is highly desireable
- Ability to train and develop a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- No degree required
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
