Delivery Associate & Helpers Needed. Part time, Full time and weekend shifts available. (SIGN-ON BONUS)

Delivery Works, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner has an immediate need for Delivery Drivers and Helpers in our Fremont location. Delivery Works is building a team of highly efficient and responsible delivery associates who are wanting to work and grow within a team environment. We are looking for both full time and part-time employees and we will work with you to achieve your personal goals both within and out of your delivery associate role. We are an Amazon DSP XL Partner meaning we work in or 2 man teams, driving 16' and 24' box trucks as well as vans and we deliver about 40 to 60 packages a day.

• $22.50 an hour for drivers
• Weekly bonus up to $150!!!!
• $17.25 an hour for Helpers (helpers can grow into drivers if they wish)
• $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment
• Referral Program $250 for referring a friend
• Weekly Pay and OT available for those who want to earn more$$$

As a delivery associate and or helper, your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times

• Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher

• Use a handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information

• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area

• Helping with the load out process in the morning

• Handling customer packages with care

• Ability to lift at least 75 pounds

• Able to get in and out of truck and walk up and down flights of stairs throughout your shift 30 to 50 times a day

• Eligible to work in the U.S

• At least 18 year of age for helpers and 21 years of age for driver position,

• Current CA Driver's License with a good driver record IS REQUIRED.

• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
