Finance Manager Education and / or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in the
business field. Experience in accounting, business administration, and data processing using
computer technology applications is required and essential. Individual must possess excellent
verbal and writing skills and aptitude in mathematical computation and reasoning.
SUMMARY :
This position is responsible for the accounting operations of the organization, to include the
production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting
records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy
of the company’s reported financial results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage accounting staff to promote cross training and job growth
- Oversee accounts payable and receivables process
- Ensure the proper posting of payroll in a timely manner
- Compile and complete financial statements for presentation to the board and finance
committee
