Associate Vice President Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Reports to: Vice President of Early
SUMMARY: The Associate Vice President Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is responsible for overseeing CQI compliance for DHA Head Start programs. This a supervisory role that includes ongoing staff supervision, data monitoring and compliance of Head Start centers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree in Early Childhood, Social Services, Human Sciences, or related
- Minimum 4 years working with the ChildPlus database
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Dependable transportation, valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Maintain a working knowledge of the HS Program Performance Standards and DHA HS/EHS Policy &
- Provide staff supervision, guidance and T/TA on ChildPlus, ReadyRosie, Teaching
- Maintain ongoing communication with content area leads and Center Managers related to data
- Oversee the management and implementation of ChildPlus to ensure accurate data
- Oversee and distribute data reports to ensure timely communication to applicable
- Review and analyze data reports and action plans to ensure compliance and make
- Resolve and / or troubleshoot data concerns in a timely
- Analyze and identify trends on data
- Participate in and facilitate data meetings with DHA HS/ EHS
- Continuous professional development to remain current on all data systems being used in the DHA HS/ EHS program.
- Assist in the development and updating of training materials to enhance staff knowledge and compliance awareness.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
