E-Commerce Manager

Delta Tech Industries, a domestic U.S. manufacturer of automotive lighting equipment with over 46-year history of serving the automotive aftermarket and OEM industry is looking for a motivated and aggressive individual to fill the position of E-Commerce Manager. This is a career opportunity for the right individual who is ready to join our management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Manage all aspects of the Deltalights.com website as well as other e-commerce platforms.
•
Maintain product listing database for uploading on distributor’s websites.
•
Review distributor’s websites for accuracy and correct presentation of Delta Brand image.
•
Maintain Delta Server and workstation computers, perform weekly and daily backups.
•
Maintain general office equipment and perform general troubleshooting.
•
Write and update new and existing technical instructions for products.
•
Generate and send email marketing campaigns.
•
Seek new sales platforms for Delta lights.
•
Maintain Customer Service and Communication with the retail public and E-Commerce present and future customers.
•
Maintain an active Social Media platform
•
Conduct Delta Website Sales Promotions for existing and potential retail customers.
•
Conduct E-Commerce Sales Promotions.
•
Experience with SEO
•
Experience with Amazon, Walmart and E-Bay platforms
•
Attend Automotive Shows.
•
Handling special projects or tasks as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•
3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce and Sales.
•
3-5 years of experience in IT work related fields.
•
Above average Excel skills using VLOOKUP and match-index
•
General computer troubleshooting abilities.
•
High level of attention to detail with technical inclinations
•
Good quantitative abilities and reasoning skills
•
Must be able to identify and solve computer problems.
•
College Degree not required, but a definite plus.
Attendance
Full time - Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM
Compensation
TBD – salary plus performance bonus package
