Duties
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
- Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors and surfaces.
- Assist with the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning of items during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
