Join Our Team as a District Operations Manager at Dent Wizard!
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? Dent Wizard is seeking a District Operations Manager to lead our team and ensure top-notch performance across our Dealer/Rental business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for strategic initiatives, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership / Strategic Initiatives (50%)
- Foster a positive and productive working environment aligned with Dent Wizard’s core values.
- Communicate and execute Dent Wizard’s vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Operations to develop and implement a District business strategy.
- Achieve or exceed budget targets in Revenue, EBITDA, LSR, Customer Expansion, Retention, Employee Engagement, Service Expansion, and WTD.
- Partner with enabling functions to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Cultivate a coaching culture through on-the-job engagement and training.
- Hire, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of Operations leaders.
- Oversee maintenance of capital equipment.
- Support Area and Fixed Ops Managers in streamlining processes and optimizing operations.
- Ensure profitable deployment of resources and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Lead field town hall communications.
Customer Engagement (20%)
- Partner with Sales to drive revenue, customer retention, and five-star service.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate with sales for cross-sell and customer relationship management.
- Lead site launch initiatives and deliver targeted price increases.
- Address customer, operational, and performance concerns promptly.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and QBRs.
- Implement value-added customer solutions.
Staffing (10%)
- Execute staffing plans to balance gross margin and new business capacity.
- Oversee talent selection and hiring for specified roles.
- Ensure effective onboarding and performance management of team members.
- Drive productivity and utilization of AOM/FOM/Tech teams.
Administration (20%)
- Troubleshoot critical operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health standards.
- Lead the Goal Setting & Review (GS&R) process.
- Conduct monthly financial reviews and develop plans to meet annual budgets.
- Participate in the Q Process and drive key initiatives.
- Adhere to Dent Wizard’s ethics standards and commitments.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and staff engagement.
- Manage DW assets within company guidelines.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
- 5 years of proven operations experience in a similar environment.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
