- Assist dentists during procedures by preparing treatment areas, sterilizing instruments, and providing the necessary tools.
- Take and process X-rays for patients as part of the diagnostic process.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and overall dental health.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide patient comfort and support during dental procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, confirming appointments, and managing patient flow.
- Travel between DHA's seven clinics in the Madison area as part of your daily responsibilities.Qualifications
- Must have previous experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, dentists, and staff.
- Ability to adapt quickly and be organized while traveling between multiple clinic locations.
- Comfortable with using dental equipment and taking X-rays.
- A compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
