What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Dental Assistant position at Dental Practice?
We are a modern, all digital, general dental practice, located in Fairfax. We are growing and seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our wonderful team. We offer competitive compensation (based on experience), 401(k) contribution and profit-sharing once qualified, and dental care benefits.
Candidate must have at least two years of prior experience in dental assisting. Compensation will be based on your experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execution of proper sterilization and infection control procedures
- Chair-side assisting and some lab work and paper work
- Taking X-rays
- Maintaining / sterilizing instruments and operatories
- Engaging and communicating with patients
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have prior experience with Invisalign attachments
- Are multi-lingual (Fluency in English, Spanish and/or other languages)
- Have excellent communication skills
