We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable General Dentist who can deliver comprehensive dental services with an emphasis on quality, not volume. The ideal candidate will be proficient in restorative dentistry, endodontics, dental implants, and oral surgery. Experience with IV sedation dentistry is a plus. This is a part-time position (2-3 days per week to start), with the possibility of increased hours as the practice grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive exams and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Deliver high-quality restorative treatments, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and veneers.
- Perform endodontic procedures such as root canals with a focus on patient comfort and long-term outcomes.
- Place and restore dental implants, prioritizing the best possible results for each patient.
- Perform oral surgeries, including extractions and other minor surgical procedures, in a gentle and effective manner.
- Administer IV sedation (if qualified) to ensure a relaxed and stress-free experience for anxious patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to the highest safety standards.
- Collaborate with our skilled and friendly team to provide compassionate, patient-focused care.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- 3-5 years of experience in general dentistry, with a strong emphasis on quality and patient care.
- Proficient in restorative dentistry, endodontics, dental implants, and oral surgery.
- IV sedation certification is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- A desire to build long-term relationships with patients and contribute to a positive practice culture.
