What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Verification Specialist position at Dermatology and Skin Surgery Center of Cape Cod...?
We are seeking an insurance verification, referrals and billing specialist for our exciting state of the art Surgical and Cosmetic Dermatology practice in Hyannis MA. Experience with obtaining insurance prior authorizations and referrals is highly recommended but can also be trained by our talented team.
Prior certification and experience in billing is valued but not required for this position
Please note this is an in office position
Software utilized is Athena Collector and experience with electronic medical records is required. Training and certification in dermatology billing and coding can also be offered as a benefit of this position. training will occur after hours and on weekends.
Position is part or full time and can be structured as four 10 hr days or five 8 hour days
