High end interior design firm seeking detail- oriented, hands on and self- motivated interior design project manager with experience.

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

- Managing projects from start to finish.

- Work alongside the Principle on all project updates and execution.

- Provide management oversight for all phases (coordinating material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being

followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget).

- Prepare presentations, client proposals, invoices, purchase orders for vendors.

- Jobsite visits and oversee project installation.

Job Requirements Qualifications

- Excellent project management and client management skills

- Proficient in AutoCAD

- Experienced with Design Manager preferred but not required

- Detail- oriented and self- motivated

- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and vendors

- Must have a car
