As an Engineer in Training (EIT),

Candidate's role will be to provide support and assistance to the engineering team in preparing design documents and reports.

Summary

You will work closely with the engineering team members to gather information, conduct research, and create well-structured and comprehensive files. Your exceptional writing skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in producing written documents that effectively communicate our organization's capabilities and value.

Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise:

Research and Analysis:

Gather relevant information and data to support written document development. Support the creation of engineering specifications and written proposal documents.Project Support: Assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects. This may include conducting site visits, preparing reports, and documenting project progress. Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading design document content. Ensure clarity, consistency, and coherence of messaging throughout the designs. Tailor document content to specific client requirements and industry standards. Conduct quality checks to verify consistency in design

Documents Coordination:

Maintain documents templates, engineering files, and other relevant resources. Track written document progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Collaborate with team members to gather and incorporate feedback into office documents. Ensure compliance with formatting and submission guidelines. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering1 to 3 years of proven experience in civil design or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
