About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager to join our Kansas City team! If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy collaborating with top industry professionals, and love solving challenges in commercial construction, this role could be your perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the charge on projects from start to finish, including:
- Reviewing construction plans and specs to review custom door and hardware packages that meet exacting standards.
- Managing every aspect of assigned projects: from take-offs and detailing to submittals, cost tracking, sourcing materials, daily monitoring, and timeline management.
- Keeping customers in the loop and coordinating with internal departments to ensure on-time, on-budget, and flawless project delivery.
- Solving challenges as they come, whether it’s dealing with material shortages, addressing warranty work, troubleshooting installation issues, or adjusting timelines.
- Assessing project metrics post-completion to continually improve our processes.

What You Need:
- A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2-5 years in project management within commercial construction, with Division 8 (doors, frames, and hardware) experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, detailing software (ProTech, EPWS, or similar), and ERP systems (cERP, NetSuite, Acumatica, or similar).
