This part-time role, through Staff Resources, Inc., involves hands-on tasks, coordination with service providers, and general upkeep of the premises. Key Responsibilities:
- Service Coordination: Schedule and oversee service providers, including lawn care, plumbing, and roofing contractors.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform cleaning and light maintenance tasks to keep the premises in excellent condition.
- Snow Removal: Shovel and clear entryways during snow events to ensure safe access.
- Supply Management: Restock building supplies, place orders as needed and pick up materials.
- Errands: Perform occasional errands or deliveries with mileage reimbursement provided.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry items such as computer equipment and recycling materials.
- Must pass a background check and standard interview process.
- Availability during normal business hours.
