This position is classified as salaried, exempt. The hiring salary range for this role is anticipated to be $80,000 - $90,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Structural or Civil Engineering or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in design and analysis of buildings and other steel-framed structures utilizing software packages such as ETABS, RAM, RISA, and SAFE.
- Extensive knowledge of local and national building codes and design practices.
- Experience in precast or tilt-up building design desired but not required.
- Knowledge of standard construction practices and the ability to work with contractors to address construction issues.
- Ability to work in AutoCAD & Revit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, problem-solving and team skills.
