Our small office is looking to add a focused, positive and detailed orientated individual to fulfill an important administrative role on our team. This position is much more than an “admin job” and those with drive and motivation will be the best fit in this fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who is creative and energetic with a genuine desire to learn and grow within the position and make it their own. The Task Maestro will have many responsibilities but their most essential role is supporting staff with day to day tasks that keep the business’ operations running smoothly.

Some of the duties include:
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and/or direct to appropriate staff
- Process and reconcile client fee payments
- Manage and reconcile incoming and outstanding payments
- Documenting revenue in a CRM
- New and Existing Supplier and Vendor Account Management
- Create and update office reference guides, databases and informational tools
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
- Client Support Tasks involving new requests and ongoing files
- Updating Travel Itinearies
Qualifications
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and spelling
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
- Time Management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment with minimal supervision
- Self-sufficient, well organized, exceptional work ethic to set and meet deadlines
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and determination

- At least 3 years experience with Customer Service
- At least 3 years experience in office environment
- At least 2 years experience with office administration
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic computer software – Your skills with Microsoft Office & Outlook will be assessed.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
Hourly wage is a starting rate; after completing a training and probationary period an increase will be considered based on proficiency and quality of work.
