Als Prozessingenieur (m/w/*) für chemische Mischprozesse am Standort Hilden haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Technische Verantwortung und eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines definierten Prozessbereichs
• Ermittlung von Daten und Kennzahlen zur Beurteilung der Produktionsprozesse und der Produktqualität
• Bearbeitung und Leitung von Projekten zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen Produktionsprozesse, um höchste Produktqualität und Produktivität sicherzustellen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von ATEX-Richtlinien und -Standards
• Aufbau und Pflege eines eigenen Netzwerks zu anderen technischen Bereichen sowie zu den globalen 3M Partnerwerken, d.h. aktive cross-funktionale und überregionale Kommunikation

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

• Abgeschlossenes Master-Studium im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik o.ä.
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Industrie sowie im Umgang mit ATEX-Richtlinien & Standards sowie im Projektmanagement
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:

• Promotion (PhD) in einem der genannten Bereiche
• Erfahrung in der Farben- oder Lackindustrie von Vorteil
• Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant/in
• Kenntnisse im technischen Lieferantenmanagement und Rohstoffverständnis
• Erfahrung mit SAP, Datenanalytik und Statistik wünschenswert
• Ownership-Mentalität und Wissen über Organosole von Vorteil
