LISW/LPCC

Job Summary
The LISW/LPCC (Licensed Independent Social Worker/Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) plays a critical role in providing mental health support and counseling services to individuals and families. This position involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and recovery. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical counseling services utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including behavioral therapy and Christian counseling as appropriate.
• Engage in case management to coordinate care and resources for clients, ensuring access to necessary services.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address specific behavioral concerns in clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and support holistic treatment approaches.
• Deliver home community care as needed, supporting clients in their natural environments.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
