What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Analyst / IT Asset Management position at DevCare Solutions?
1. Process all equipment coming into or leaving IT
2. Update Asset Inventory System
3. Process Salvage equipment (removing the hard drives, doing entire process)
4. Unpacking and packing boxes for equipment and preparing it for shipment
5. Pickup and Deliver equipment
6. Complete any Service Now tickets on equipment requests (ie monitors, keyboards, mice, HDMI cables, etc)
7. Reconcile all Inventory sheets (paper/electronic) on daily basis
8. Validate all of the IT Operations Room equipment weekly to ensure inventory is up to date and correct
9. Serves as backup contact for level 1 support
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Inventory management: 4 years (Required)
- Asset management: 4 years (Required)
