Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers with hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their technical needs are met
- Assist customers with setting up and using various products and services
- Conduct product demos and training sessions for customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly
Experience
- Experience in providing technical support, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
- Proficiency in using POS systems, cash registers, and other retail technology
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of basic math principles for handling transactions and sales
- Familiarity with conducting product demonstrations and explaining features to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Nice-to-have: Experience working in a grocery store or similar retail setting
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
