Aviation Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation and possess the technical skills necessary to maintain and repair aircraft.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance on aircraft components and systems
• Inspect aircraft structures, engines, and other systems for defects
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Document all maintenance and repair work accurately

Skills

• Ability to militarise and fabricate aircraft components
• Proficiency in welding for aircraft repairs
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis for identifying maintenance issues
• Knowledge of power tools used in aircraft maintenance
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for interpreting technical drawings
• Understanding of vehicle maintenance principles applicable to aircraft
• Skill in using micrometers for precise measurements
• Proficient with hand tools commonly used in aircraft maintenance
• Ability to perform equipment repair as needed

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Aviation: 1 year (Required)
