What You Will Do:
- As a key member of the deverus team, you help drive existing product direction, feature enhancements, and new products.
- Be a strong self-starter, that can quickly acquire platform knowledge and understand our customer’s needs through extensive validation.
- Be data-driven, ensuring we are solving the right industry problems.
- Work with product, engineers and account managers to author epics, stories and documentation.
- Ensure project technical approach, tasks, and schedule are appropriate for the activities to be performed. Build for scale, not for time.
- Develop and execute agile product roadmaps to facilitate the design, development and launch of new product innovation.
- Work with the users, executives and technical team to direct the identification, specification and prioritization of features, functionality and capabilities.
- Identify and mitigate product technical challenges. Capable of solutioning a ‘build or buy’ based on company needs.
- Assist with managing the product backlog and sprints based upon the product roadmaps along with users, customer, and stakeholder feedback.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in technical product management for web and applications along with the ability to multitask, think quickly and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager who has deployed consumer or business user experiences.
- 2-5 years experience planning projects for both professional services and product development teams with integrations to multiple vendors (Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies).
- 2 years proven experience leading and motivating a team.
- Experience with Scaled Agile or comparable framework a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in tracking project status, metrics and in analyzing the RIGHT details.
- Experience as an engineer is a plus, but not required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Experience with JIRA administration strongly desired.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable communicating with all levels of management.
- Experience in the HR space a PLUS!
