What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Construction Project Manager position at Devine Management Consulting, LLC?
The Assistant Project Manager will work in office and at project construction sites in and near Cape Cod, MA.
Ideal Candidate's Experience Needed:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Project Manager which includes: pre-construction, bidding, permitting, estimating, and project construction development experience with high ticket budgets assisting in construction projecst ranging from $500K and up.
Short Summary of Tasks:
- Assist PM with streamlining the project with: cost reports, tracking financials, product selections, purchasing materials, monitor subcontractor's progress and billing, organize project start up documents and permits for job site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution; assist with developing project schedules, reviewing all contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and addressing any issues or delays.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
