Job Summary
The Executive Sales Consultant plays a key role in developing new business, fostering relationships with investors, negotiating, and closing deals. This role is similar to a commercial real estate agent however, you do not need a license. The ideal candidate will have experience B2B sales experience.
Duties
- Cold calling engaging with investors to vet over residential properties for sale.
- Showing residential properties to clients and closing real estate sales deals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business to business sales, auto sales, high ticket sales, or similar.
- High School Diploma
- Driver's License
