Vehicle Sales Administrator

Primary Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot organized, safe & efficient
• Release sold/leased vehicles
• Receive, inspect, and park vehicles
• Prepare vehicles for service by internal service shops
• Prepare vehicles for shipment to vendors and customers
• Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record keeping purposes
• Perform lot inventories
• Deliver vehicles to customers, vendors & internal shops
• Cut and prepare decals for customer vehicles
• Order new vehicles
• Prepare and process all required sales documentation
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory
• Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle sales
• Collaborate with the vehicle sales team
• Assist with marketing activities related to vehicle sales
  
  

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in material handling & warehouse operations
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and with outside vendors
• Self-motivated and can excel both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook) is a plus
