The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, organised and proactive individual to join the Dexus Valuations Team as a Valuations Coordinator. The Valuations Coordinator will assist the Head of Valuations and the Valuation Operations Manager with the management of the national statutory valuation process whilst assisting the valuation team with the implementation of the external valuation programme.
You will make an impact by:
Managing the statutory valuation / land tax process
Assisting with the coordination of the quarterly valuation programs
Managing purchase orders and payment of invoices
Coordinating the annual valuation tender process
Undertaking annual review of valuation Policy & Procedure documents
Producing annual Valuation Timetable with key dates
Maintaining and updating the Valuation Information page on the company intranet
Assisting with diary management including travel arrangements
About You
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative, team support or coordination role in a corporate environment, preferably within property, financial or legal industry. Success in this role can be achieved by your ability to work with a diverse range of personalities, take initiative and work autonomously yet collaboratively whilst assuming full responsibility for completion of tasks. You will have a real knack for building relationships across all levels of the business internally as well as externally, and thrive in contributing to the overall success of the team.
