Role Overview
We're looking for an adaptive, creative, and driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. You'll assist in digital and print design. (We are looking to hire as soon as possible. Please keep in mind this is an on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA.)
Responsibilities
Digital and Print Design
- Assist in designing packaging, product labels, and print collateral.
- Assist (when needed) in social media designs.
- Update web page design with a focus on improving user experience.
- Design graphics for email blasts.
Youtube Thumbnails
- Stay updated on YouTube trends and best practices.
- Video and Testimonial Content: Design lower-thirds, thumbnails, and visual components for creative or testimonial videos. AE is a plus!
Qualifications
- Experience designing effective YouTube thumbnails.
- Understanding of YouTube’s algorithm and best thumbnail practices.
- Ability to work efficiently, meet ongoing deadlines and remain on brand.
- Ecommerce experience.
- Creative ability to work with limited access to photography and design assets.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of Herbal, Alternative Medicine a plus.
- Knowledge about SEO and social media a plus.
- Video and post production knowledge a plus.
