Closing Garde Manger

Dialog Cafe in West Hollywood, CA is looking for one closing garde manger to join our team. We are located on 8766 Holloway Dr. West Hollywood. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT CLOSE.

HOURLY RATE: $19.08-$20.00/ hr PLUS TIPS

Essential functions:

CONSISTENT EXECUTION of all food items (correct temperatures, quality control, presentation)

Maintains good ticket times under pressure

Able to keep a clean workstation throughout the day. Restocking the line

Effective communication needed,TEAM ORIENTED individuals only

Adheres to all health and safety standards

Knowledge of local California ingredients highly preferred

Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities

Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

This position requires the ability to lift up to 30lbs
