Dialog Cafe is opening up its second location in West LA! We are looking for people to join our team who share the same core values, have a passion for Customer Service, and are able to work in a multi layered, fast paced environment. Our second location shares space with the iconic Equinox Sports Club on Sepulveda Blvd. Must have prior experience in a Cafe/Restaurant setting. Dialog's second location will open end of October and is located at 1835 S. Sepulveda Blvd Los Angeles CA 90025
We are looking for Full Time and Part Time Takeout individuals to join our new team! Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, hard working and takes initiative.
Must have open availability
Pay rate starts at $17.50, plus tips
Responsibilities
- Understanding how to use various delivery tablets, as well as handling our pickup/to go orders
- Welcoming customers and delivery drivers and help determine their orders
- Able to read tickets effectively and efficiently
- Relay orders to kitchen staff in a timely manner
- Must be detail oriented and a critical thinker
- Bagging orders properly
- Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts and problem solve
