Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required, including oil changes, tire services, alignments, and auto body repairs.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and communicate them effectively to customers.
- Manage the service writing process, ensuring all customer requests are documented and addressed.
- Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of dealership offerings, promotions, and the latest automotive technologies.
- Assist in sales efforts by recommending additional services based on vehicle condition and customer needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, including air brakes, alignments, and general mechanic knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
