Position Summary :
Mortgage Processor exists to perform all processing and closing functions and requirements of first mortgages and real estate secured loans ensuring that all deadlines are met and that members receive superior service.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
No direct reports
Essential Functions :
- Order all necessary information to process mortgage, home equity and HELOC applications including but not limited to appraisals, property searches, title insurance, employment, and income verification, etc.
- Review, evaluate and follow up of all required items to validate information and resolve issues prior to moving loans forward for funding.
- Serve as primary contact with members, realtors, title companies, and third-party processor throughout the mortgage process to insure prompt, efficient, and professional service throughout the entire process.
