A reputable and esteemed medical organization, located in Atlantic City, NJ, is looking to immediately hire a full-time Board-Certified Physician Assistant-PA) with at least 3-5 years of experience, a NJ state license, and a DEA license. The center is offering $120k per year with generous benefits including PTO, medical, health, vision, 401K, and CME.
Responsibilities:
Assess and chart observations of the patient's condition at each visit,
Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs,
Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies,
Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care,
Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient, and
Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other individuals in the patient's care plan.
Qualifications:
Board-Certified Physician Assistant-PA,
Active Medical New Jersey license,
At least 3-5 years of experience,
DEA license,
CDS license,
Effective and compassionate communication skills, and
Highly professional appearance and attitude.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm
5-6 patients/day, 45-60 min/visit
