1. Store Opening/Closing: Ensure timely opening and closing procedures.
2. Staff Management: Supervise, train, and develop sales associates.
3. Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment and resolve customer complaints.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and optimize stockroom organization.
5. Visual Merchandising: Implement visual displays, maintain store appearance, and ensure brand standards.
Sales and Revenue Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
