Summary
Client seeks a Data Entry Clerk (Invoice or Billing Clerk) to join our accounting team.
This role involves :
- managing incoming and outgoing invoices
- creating invoices and ensuring their accuracy
- correcting any billing errors.
This hybrid position requires in-office work two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
The role is long-term, and the first shift's working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Enter invoice data accurately
- Code invoices (training provided)
- Reconcile invoices across two systems
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with Invoice Data Capture and data entry
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail
