What You’ll Do:
As the Paid Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of scaling Digital Spotlight's paid media services. You’ll lead, inspire, and grow a team of six paid media specialists, while managing client accounts that demand high performance. Success in this role means balancing people management with execution, navigating periods of rapid growth, and leading the team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Manage client accounts, ensuring campaigns drive scalable lead generation and maximize ROI.
Continuously optimize processes, keeping the team agile and innovative in the face of industry changes.
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow client media spend while ensuring campaigns meet business objectives.
Act as a cross-departmental collaborator, integrating paid media with SEO and other digital strategies for holistic client success.
Provide thought leadership on emerging platforms and contribute to the business development team for client acquisition.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience scaling and managing paid media teams, with at least 6 years of experience in paid digital advertising.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, with budgets exceeding $500K per month.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and inspire a team and lead through periods of high growth.
Expertise in evolving team processes to stay ahead of platform changes and optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for clients.
A balance of execution and people management skills, ensuring both client success and team satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and remotely, leading a global team across different time zones.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.

Time Availability:
This is a full time, 40 hour position
You will have the freedom to make your own schedule and work from anywhere within reason, with a great internet connection.
This is an international company with team and client presence in South East Asia, Australia, Europe and the United States. The time zone differences have their advantages and every once in a while there is critical work that needs to be done in off hours. Ability to be flexible with this schedule (that this position will eventually direct) is critical.

Salary : $73,000 - $100,000
