o Website Certificate Installation and Maintenance
o Troubleshooting / Diagnostic skills

• Partner with Business, Application Development, Infrastructure and Service Desk teams
o Partner with business to determine technology and process improvement needs regarding
customer site installations
o Understand customer office environment and provide design needs for technology standards
o Work with the DigitalOptometrics business teams to architect and design new solutions by
incorporating the latest technologies
o Provide 3rd level support for the customer site Installation Teams
o Provide 3rd level support for DigitalOptometrics Service Desk team
