Your Daily Adventures as a Field Service Technician Include:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Toyota material handling equipment and all other makes of lift trucks, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create lasting customer relationships
• Ability to convey product knowledge and expertise
• Maintain regular communication with service managers, parts department, and dispatchers to expedite repairs and service
• Maintain timely and accurate accounting of labor hours, work orders, and parts used
• Maintain a service van and its inventory
  
  
  

We're Excited to Meet Someone With:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational training as a mechanic is a plus!
• Automotive repair and/or technician experience working in material handling or other related industry
• Drive for continuous learning and knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, transmissions, engines, gas and LP Systems
• Passion for mechanics, a natural curiosity and enthusiasm for fixing machines
• Love for problem solving and working directly with customers
• Commitment to safety, ensuring that equipment is safe for operation, keeping safety regulations at the forefront
• Strength to lift up to 75 lbs, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, and kneeling required
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
