Situation
Direct Insurance Services is searching for a driven P&C licensed salesperson to serve as the insurance face of a full service real estate, mortgage and insurance marketing center in Westminster, CO. This role will be full-time in person with the opportunity to move to hybrid with successful execution of duties. Leads will be provided through relationships within the marketing center, while the agent is encouraged to develop additional relationships and referral partners. A strong base will be provided with an uncapped opportunity to earn additional commission.
Mission
To grow a book of business by skillfully & efficiently applying these sales strategies: drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, providing proposals, addressing & solving pain points, consultative selling based on value not price, savvy use of technology & automation platforms, and developing extensive product knowledge. Selling inbound referred leads, cross-selling existing books of business, and developing strong realtor & lender relationships are key to this role.
Execution
- Develop a quality P&C book of business while closing greater than 30% of leads
- Follow agency minimum standards while writing new business
- Identify risk and opportunities for additional lines of insurance
- Efficiently and effectively prepare and present insurance proposals
- Be a continuous learner - master your insurance and sales craft and develop extensive product knowledge
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships
- You will be the insurance face of a full service real estate, mortgage and insurance office. Fostering relationships with the counterparts of this office is vitally important to success in this role.
- Connect with prospects and customers on both a personal and professional level to cement yourself as their agent of choice.
- Network inside and outside of the office to become known as the go to person for insurance.
- Ask for & obtain referrals.
- Day-To-Day & Administrative Tasks
- Take applications & answer prospect, partner & customer questions
- Identify, quote & sell P&C insurance products
- Manage & update agency systems by following agency procedures & guidelines
- Obtain signed apps, payment, bind coverage & finalize all UW needs
- Communicate with leadership & quality assurance teams
- Marketing through in person & social channels
Performance Review
Expectations will be clearly communicated and monthly meetings will be held with leadership team to review key performance indicators.
