Operations Technician

Be part of a team that is bringing revolutionary technology to the mining and remediation industries. We are looking for a field operations technician who will play a pivotal role in advancing Disa's High-Pressure Slurry Ablation (HPSA) technology.

Job Description:

• Assist with operations of Disa units in Casper, WY with occasional travel to customer sites
• Assist with scaling equipment from a concept to full commercial scale
• Assist with assembly, shakedown, and testing of equipment
• Assist with the operation and maintenance of equipment, instrumentation, pumps, auxiliary equipment, motors, valves, seals, and other related rental equipment
• Perform project management tracking with Disa’s Operations Manager
• Preferred experience operating small equipment (e.g., skid steer, forklift)
• Preferred experience working with pumps, agitators, conveyors, loaders, and filter presses.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and an innovative mindset
• Must be able to work with a team, take direction from management, adhere to required work schedules, have strong attention to detail, and follow work rules.
• Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily work.
• Ability to work on equipment such as pumps, small equipment and piping (strong mechanical aptitude)
• Be reliable to showing up to work on time and regularly
• High-school diploma or higher
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Passport or ability to get a US Passport
• Must be able to lift heavy material

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Weekends as needed
