Window and Door Sales Associate
Job Description We are looking for driven individuals that truly appreciate delivering outstanding customer service. If you have a strong work ethic, are detailed oriented, persistent, and have a strong desire to excel, both financially and professionally, then this job is for you!
Our Sales Associate will acquire, grow, and maintain new and existing customers. They will find and generate new business by pursuing company-provided leads, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
A successful candidate will proactively engage with customers and follow through to promote and sell DWD products. We will position you for success, by providing a robust on-boarding and sales training program that will focus on industry and product knowledge.

Pay: $25 per hour. Where the big money starts rolling in is with the Uncapped Sales Bonus. That’s right, the Sales Bonus is Uncapped. Qualifying Sales
Bonus is earned based on the Gross Profit of the Sale. Not only are you earning $25 per hour, but you are also receiving bonus on top of your base pay.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service to our Customers.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Goals
- Manage and complete all assigned tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships.
- Engage, pursue, and follow through with customers.
- Effectively communicate with vendors and customers.
- Participate in on-going training with vendors, building codes, and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Driven, Motivated, Hard Working

- Experience and Knowledge with building materials, windows/doors is helpful
- Demonstrated track record of achieving goals.
- 2 years of selling experience desired.
