What you will get to do:
- Ability to lead a team of professional design engineers, assign schedules, review work performance, and enforce quality control for deliverables
- Collaboration skills in working within a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, ability to manage several projects at the same time, and timeliness in issuing reports
- Knowledge in MEP systems design and testing, and ability to interpret schematic designs, building codes, and energy modeling,
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architectural Design
- Professional Engineer or on track for PE
- 3 years in Mechanical Design Engineering
- Proficiency with equipment sizing and load calculations, Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Revit, interpretation of mechanical and plumbing drawings, equipment submittals/cutsheets & catalog data, systems design reviews, HVAC, and life safety systems
- Proficiency in building codes, architectural and engineering design process, building systems installation, performance and maintenance industry standards, and scheduling
