Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business results. The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and provide training and support to store employees. Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales floor and customer service, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Oversee cash handling, including processing cash transactions, managing cash register, and performing cash reconciliations.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure new employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Develop and lead training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing employees.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, conducting inventory audits, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with payroll and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and customers to resolve issues and maintain a positive store culture.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product prices and promotions, and ensure that prices are accurately displayed on the cash register and other sales materials.
- Utilize POS systems to process sales and manage inventory.
- Collaborate with the store manager and other retail managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business results.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of employees.
- Experience with employee orientation and training programs.
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and inventory management practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
