Responsibilities :
The Truck Driver would report
to the Well Services Manager and be responsible for performing a variety of
routine transportation work from well sites to disposal. This role will also be
responsible for keeping records of materials and volume transported and
completing necessary paperwork.Special focus will be placed
on : Operate company-owned and
leased trucks to facilitate transportation of materialsOperate trucks for the
delivery, pickup and relocation of products and materialsPerform required before-,
during-, and after-operation user maintenance and provide required
logs / reports.Perform routine inspection
and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs
to supervisor; clean equipment.Perform all duties in
compliance with appropriate safety and security standards.May plan route to ensure most
economical use of time and equipment. Maintain all required
certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.
Qualifications :
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Class A or B CDL License Required
Must be able to pass all DOT physical requirements and have current medical card
Tanker Endorsement Preferred
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, bending, twisting, kneeling, sitting, walking or standing for long periods of time required
Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
Skill in operation of listed tools and equipment.
Ability to safely drive various vehicles.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to drive-in all-weather conditions.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions.
