JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assure the quality of mining and construction equipment and components.
· Support industrial fabrication production and processes.
· Perform Ultrasonic Testing, Phased Array UT, Radiography, Visual Testing of welds, and Magnetic Particle inspection methods.
· Support process engineering, design, manufacturing, and quality teams focused on fabrication and casting inspections by creating and maintaining inspection standard work, inspection procedures, process quality metrics, and monitoring audit data integrity.
· Support a world class manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, which maintains an ISO accredited certified quality environment.
· Inspection responsibilities at customer job sites and/or support NDE supplier audits domestically and internationally.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Associate’s degree of applied science in nondestructive testing technology or equivalent certification.
· AWS CWI Certification.
· 3 years of previous experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Experience with UT – Ultrasonic Testing.
· Experience with UTPA – Ultrasonic Testing Phased Array.
· Experience with RT – Radiography Testing.
· Experience with VT – Visual Testing/Inspection of welds.
· Experience with MT – Magnetic Particle Testing/Inspection.
· Experience with Microsoft Office.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
