What the Job Looks Like:
The General Manager is, first and foremost, a leader. They inspire and motivate their team, challenge them, and reward their achievements. They enjoy creating systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including both administrative tasks and service management.
- Lead staff training and education initiatives.
- Develop and enhance Divino's wine program.
- Collaborate with and mentor staff to foster internal growth.
- Innovate and implement creative strategies to improve the operations of a dual-concept restaurant.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
